CONVERGE / THE TIMOTHY INITIATIVE
Jerry Schommer serves as a Director of Church Planting Partnerships with Converge International Ministries. Jerry is working towards Converge's mission to engage 1,400+ Converge churches to help them partner with The Timothy Initiative.
The Timothy Initiative is a disciple making and church planting organization that works towards establishing house churches around the world and in the least reached places where people have never heard of Jesus.
For $333, a church planter will be trained over two years, and disciple two more to do the same. The goal is that three or more churches are planted as a result. Every church they plant is designed to multiply and the aim is exponential growth.
Jerry also collaborates with Converge district ministers, pastors, and church mission teams to develop strategic partnerships to bring the good news of Jesus and eternal life to those who have not yet heard.
